🌅 Bandon Photo Walks
A relaxed, inspiring way to explore one of the most photogenic coastlines in Oregon
What We Do
Our photo walks take you along the iconic stretch of Bandon Beach near Face Rock, where we explore tide‑carved sea stacks, shifting light, and ever‑changing coastal scenery. We meet 90 minutes before sunset and continue until about 30 minutes after, giving you the full arc of golden hour, sunset, and early blue hour.
Along the way, your guide highlights key photo locations, helps you understand how to read the light, and offers suggested compositions that bring out the best of each scene. Whether you’re new to coastal photography or a seasoned traveler looking for local insight, the walk is designed to help you see Bandon with fresh eyes.
What We Don’t Do
This is not a portrait session.
We don’t take your picture for you, and we don’t offer posed photography. You’re the photographer—we’re simply here to help you make the most of the landscape. (We may capture a few candid moments of the group if the light is irresistible.)
Who Leads the Walk
Your guide is a seasoned photographer who knows the tides, trails, and hidden vantage points of Bandon’s coastline. One of our guides, Doug Geniesse, is a retired engineering project manager who now calls Bandon home. His blend of technical precision and creative curiosity makes him a thoughtful, steady presence on the beach—someone who can help you slow down, observe, and create images you’ll be proud of.
